Joanne has spent the last few years investing in tax lien certificates and tax deeds for herself and for a large investor. She specialized in New Jersey tax liens and Pennsylvania tax deeds. She has spent the last three years training others on how to do due diligence for tax sale properties and how to bid at tax sales.

Joanne began marketing her services as a tax lien investing coach. After living in New Jersey for the first 40 some odd years of her life, Joanne recently relocated to the Pocono area in Pennsylvania with her husband and three sons. Before becoming involved in training others to invest in tax lien certificates and tax deeds she was a personal fitness trainer for more than 10 years. She has also been a Master National Weightlifting Champion and Master World Champion Weightlifter. She still trains and competes locally and is a USA Weightlifting club coach.
